Armand is extremely intuitive when it comes to dogs. He came to our home to help with our latest anxious rescue and gave us some brilliant ideas and tools to help her. I also took her to Armand to have her nails cut as the vet could only cut 2 nails in 45 minutes. He was so calm and dogs really respond well to him. Within 5 minutes him and his assistant had cut all her nails and she was not traumatized in any way. I would definitely recommend Armand for any of your doggie needs.

The words I said to Armand when we arranged the training sessions were, "Do you really think you can help me?" - He could and did!! My Jellie Bean was reactive to anything that moved towards us during a walk and would be most unwelcoming to any and all visitors to our home. During our first visit in our home Armand said that he doesn't so much train the dog, as the owner, and I laughed, but today I get it. Armand has helped and given me the tools to help Jellie Bean and even his bark-a-lot little sister, Nimerya. He treated Jellie Bean with so much love and gentleness and respect. He treated Jellie like Jellie was his dog. Never once did he mistreat my dog in any way. His ability to read Jellie’s behaviour is amazing and even taught me to read the signs. I adopted a rescue pit bull that had aggression issues. After consultation with another behaviourist, we got Armand in. Within 7 sessions he had totally transformed our dog. We can now confidently take her anywhere (on and off lead) and have not had a single incident since he helped her. 10/10 would recommend. We had a traumatic experience at another grooming parlour that left our Cocker Spaniel with a horrific infection, costing us 8k+ of vet fees and 3 month recovery. I was extremely impressed with how friendly and professional they were, with a clean working environment. The atmosphere is very calm as it is only one dog at a time and our pup was a happy, relaxed girl when I picked her up an hour later. She would usually be hyperventilating after a grooming session and today she was as calm as can be. Super happy and impressed. Will use them again for sure. After a few attempts at having our girl groomed, we were recommended by our neighbours to try and take our very nervous small horse(Betty, XL breed K9, Something black and hairy) to Armand. THOROUGHLY impressed! Appart from the fact that it's less than 1km from our home, Betty took the tiny drive like a champ. Warmed up to Armand instantly(very out of character as she is incredibly nervous around any and all men) and she was done in less than 90 minutes! Even dried and nails clipped! I don't know how he and Carlyn got this girl to not break down the whole place because of a dryer, but we'll definitely be making this a monthly trip up the road Thanks a million! I have been taking Yogi and Chaya to Armand the last few months for grooming. What I value the most is that he is always on time and don't mind you being there while he grooms. He assesses the dogs demeaner and handles them accordingly. Also dogs also don't stay in a cage the whole day like some places.
